Sportradar, leading sports technology company, positioned at the intersection of the sports, media and betting industries is seeking for Sales Support Specialist. As a Sales Support Specialist you will be part of the Global Sales Organization Team to support our Sales team in their daily administrative and operational procedures. We are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic, reliable and eager to support a sales team, help to improve efficiency as sales volume increases. Our international environment, direct client communication and broad selection of technically-oriented products and services make this position very diverse and challenging.THE CHALLENGE:
- Administrative support of our sales team
- Manage the increased volume of contract /amendments coming through requires
- Initiating correct activation
- Being responsible for correct forecast
- Support of sales team in dealing with pricing preparation, quotes and corresponding opportunities
- Paper contract preparations, manage coordination for redlining, submitting draft for legal approval
- Direct communication with clients
- Communication with all the internal departments and observation of all internal cross-functional processes required for a sale
- CRM maintenance – being source of deeper knowledge about the CRM system and responsible for client's database - to keep it clean and enrich it
- Basic, sales-oriented technical support
- Undergraduate degree (or higher) with a focus in business management, or related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience in a similar role between 2-3 years
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Familiar with CRM systems, Salesforce experience preferred
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Build and manage relationships
- Self-motivated and have a professional discipline with excellent follow-through
- Flexible and able to work under pressure
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of sports, betting/gambling and technology is considered a plus
