Design and test fit metal brackets for installation of our hardware in Electronic Gaming Machines
Install hardware for demonstration systems, test labs and live production
Perform test cases in our QA test room to support our global team
Troubleshoot issues requiring physical presence
Support new licensee implementations, working rota shifts through operational hours during the go live creche period on site
Train customers in Neon device operation and management
Provide remote and onsite support to our licensees
Repair hardware returned by licensees
Assemble, test, programme, and package Neon computing devices

QualificationsComponents for Success: You have…

Experience of minimum two years in field customer support
Technical and analytical mindset, with a passion for problem solving
Strong IT skills, server-based applications, and networking
Experience of the casino industry is essential
Experience with CAD design software
Fluent written and spoken English and Slovenian, other languages advantageous
