- Purchase and prepare IT equipment for new hires (laptops, monitors, peripherals).
- Manage employee provisioning and deprovisioning (Google account & group membership, Slack, DoorCloud, software licenses, and access rights) in collaboration with HR.
- Ensure secure data handling and proper access removal during employee offboarding (e.g., laptop wipe, account deactivation).
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and office network issues.
- Manage and configure office infrastructure (video conferencing in meeting rooms, etc.).
- Manager access and alarm systems for our local Ljubljana office and two remote offices in London and New York.
- Oversee equipment repairs and warranty services.
- Create and maintain IT documentation up to date (setup guides, troubleshooting steps, best practices, and how-tos).
- Suggest improvements to internal IT processes and workflows.
- Currently enrolled in an IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related degree program.
- Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
- Enthusiastic about IT in general and various SaaS vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong communicator who enjoys collaborating across teams and departments, trying to understand their challenges.
- You are comfortable using and figuring out issues in Windows and MacOS environments (knowing Linux is a plus).
