- pomoč pri registraciji in administraciji ter sodelovanje in podpora deležnikom,
- preverjanje popolnosti regulativnih dokumentov in obdelava vlog z uporabo ustreznih IT sistemov,
- pomoč pri analizi in identifikaciji pregledov vlog do potrebne izpolnitve,
- komuniciranje in usklajevanje z ustreznimi deležniki (registriranimi strankami),
- upravljanje registriranih mehanizmov in platform, posodabljanje dokumentov Agencije in pogostih vprašanj,
- ustvarjanje in konsolidacija poročil, info listov in statistik,
- sodelovanje z deležniki in zagotavljanje podpore, upravljanje poizvedb, organiziranje srečanj in spletnih seminarjev,
- nudenje splošne podpore upravnim procesom, zlasti sprejemanje, prepisovanje in priprava zapiskov, zapisnikov, korespondence, predstavitev in/ali drugih besedil.
- helping with the registration process for reporting parties,
- checking regulatory documents for completeness and processing applications using relevant IT systems,
- assisting in analysing and identifying completeness checks,
- communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders (registered parties),
- administering registered mechanisms and platforms, updating Agency’s documents and FAQs,
- creating and consolidating reports, info sheets, and statistics,
- engaging with stakeholders and providing support, managing queries, organizing meetings and webinars,
- providing general support to administrative processes, in particular take, transcribe and prepare notes, minutes, correspondence, presentations and/or other texts.
- zaključeno najmanj V. stopnjo izobrazbe,
- vsaj 1 leto izkušenj na podobnem delovnem mestu,
- odlične organizacijske in komunikacijske veščine,
- CV v angleškem jeziku v Europass obliki,
- odlično ustno in pisno znanje angleščine (stopnja C1),
- natančnost, pozornost na detalje, samoiniciativnost,
- poznavanje MS Office orodij in računalniško pismenost.
- secondary education attested by a diploma giving access to post-secondary education,
- at least 1 year of appropriate professional experience,
- very good oral and written knowledge of English (level C1),
- good communication and organizational skills,
- CV (Europass form) in English.
- strong ability to follow detailed processes and procedures,
- precision in executing of work with attention to detail,
- initiative and good judgement,
- digital literacy (good knowledge of MS Office tools/programs).
