- Efficiently plan and allocate designers across multiple local and global projects, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and capacity.
- Balance workloads to maximize team productivity and avoid bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
- Manage time and priorities across Creative Enablement and Creative Automation business lines.
- Oversee campaign production workflows, deliverables, and commercials to achieve project objectives.
- Apply pricing strategy and pricing analysis to ensure projects are scoped accurately and profitably.
- Monitor and report on productivity, revenue, and profitability benchmarks.
- Lead the global design team and own the creative success of the organization, providing strategic direction, inspiration, and mentorship to elevate collective output.
- Manage and team of designers by tracking their professional development, encouraging continual advancement, and fostering a growth-oriented team culture.
- Partner with designers, Customer Success Managers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide ongoing feedback, guidance, and support to design teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Creative Services, Engineering, Customer Success, Tech Support, Finance, and Legal teams.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for external clients, agencies, and publishers.
- Drive efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability across campaigns.
- Identify opportunities to refine workflows, improve team performance, and optimize resource management processes.
- 7+ years of experience in project or resource management within a creative studio, digital agency, creative agency, or AdTech environment.
- Strong background in digital content creation and production management, with proven ability to scale operations.
- Experience leading and managing design teams to meet productivity, revenue, and profitability goals.
- Expertise in time management, organization of work, and pricing strategy/analysis.
- Deep understanding of digital advertising, creative production workflows, and content delivery.
- A proactive, independent thinker who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Exceptional organizational, planning, and project management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: confident, solutions-oriented, and commercially aware.
- BA/BS preferred, with strong academic achievement.
